Synopsis:
Ajay Sharma (Shah Rukh Khan) becomes a baazigar, a gambler, in order to win over Priya (Kajol) and eventually to bring about the ruin of her father Madan Chopra (Dalip Tahil). Earlier, Chopra had similarly ruined Ajay's father Vishwanath Sharma (Anant Mahadevan) by appropriating Sharma's industries and forcing Ajay's family onto the streets.
Ajay begins his calculated revenge by seducing the elder sister Seema (Shilpa Shetty). As a prank, he gets Seema to write a suicide note. Afraid of her father's anger, Seema decides to marry Ajay secretly but when they reach the marriage registrar's office, Ajay cold-bloodedly pushes her off the top of the building and makes his getaway unnoticed. The note in her handwriting seems to point to suicide but her sister Priya suspects foul play.
This is a story of a different kind not a magician or a juggler or someone who steals the heart and dream of beautiful girls. He steals the hearts of the daughters of his greatest enemy to take revenge, who has snatch his companies and properties.
